Custom Orthotics 1 pair

Description

New patients require an initial visit before an orthotic appointment (can be booked together). Please select both the initial chiropractic visit option and add a note “plus custom orthotic appointment” so your appointment is back to back without a buffer. If you are able to select the orthotic appointment as well, please do so and we will adjust the buffer accordingly. Existing patients just select custom orthotic visit. What’s included in the orthotics appointment: Biomechanical assessment, 3D foot scan, custom orthotic pick-up and follow-up. *Optional: Second pair (of equal value) purchased at same time is $450*
