Orthotic Dispensing/Pick-up

Description

Please bring your shoes to try the orthotics for fitting. Orthotics along with order documents are only dispensed to the patient at pick up time. Please arrange a day of pick up during the week or if weekend preferred, on a Saturday. Please be on time for your orthotic pick-up as additional time is subject to fees (additional 15mins = $53). If you miss your appointment, you will be required to reschedule and are subject to missed appointment time fees if missed again.
